Where do you sell tickets?

Online or on the duck on the day.

Do you mail out tickets?

No. Once purchased on-line you will receive an email which can either be printed out and taken to the ticket office or if you receive emails on your phone show this on the dayl. If you lose your eticket call or bring ID with you and we will be happy to find your booking.

Can I book in advance?

Yes you can. Obviously this guarantees you a place but you're welcome to purchase right up to departure of the next tour.

Is this a guided tour?

Yes a tour guide will be on board with a fun commentary.

How long does the tour last?

World's first 'splashdown' experience, 30 minutes. 02 and Greenwich tour, 80 minutes. Greenwich tour 60 minutes. Timings are approximate.

Can you get onboard anywhere?

No. You will be picked up and returned to the same point, staying on board throughout the duration of the tour.

Can I get a drink during the tour?

No. We do not sell any food and drink.

Can we bring our food & drink?

Of course you can we just ask you kindly to take your rubbish with you and not to throw anything over the side.

Do you give discounts?

Yes with a Family ticket consisting of 2 adults and 2 children, oap's and students and if you would like to hire the vehicle for a private function such as a kid's birthday party treat or adult celebration do contact us for a price.

Can I hire the vehicle?

How many people can go at once?

Our duck can take up to 26 passengers.

Can you take wheel-chairs or buggies on board?

There is no space on board but they can be left at our yellow ticket office at your own risk.

Does the tour route ever change?

Only if the weather conditions deteriorate or there are road closures..

Can we get wet?

The tour is not designed to be wet. However, wind on the waves may create spray that may come inside when on the river.

What happens if I am not happy with the tour?

Do contact a member of staff at the time or through this website to discuss your grievance.
